In founding Elliott Bay Bicycles, Bill envisioned a bicycle shop where excellence in craftsmanship and innovative design would meet excellent customer service. With over three decades of experience in handcrafting bicycles and precision engineering, he has developed a reputation for producing unique custom bicycles designed for optimal performance, comfort and dependability. His emphasis on quality continues to influence our actions today.
Operations Manager
Ansel oversees the day-to-day operation of the store so that every individual will receive superior service whether it is during the initial contact with one of our staff members or when we prepare your bicycle for its next outing. He provides the organizational skills necessary to support this process while fostering a supportive relationship with all types of bicyclists.
Master Bicycle Service Tech
Briony focuses her efforts toward precision bicycle repair, including tuning up bicycles completely, trueing wheels and optimizing drivetrains. She puts forth considerable time and effort into making sure every bicycle she prepares is working as well as possible.
Custom Bicycle Fitting Technician
Cassian works individually with each bicyclist to adjust their bicycle's fit and geometry along with selecting the proper components to optimize comfort and efficiency. Through his customized fitting techniques, Cassian strives to enable each bicyclist to have more enjoyable rides.
Cycling Products Consultant
As a consultant, Isolde uses her vast knowledge of products available at Elliot Bay Cycles (bikes, components, clothing etc.) to assist customers in finding the right equipment for their specific needs. Additionally, Isolde makes purchasing decisions easy by offering her expert advice which creates a positive shopping experience.
Customer Experience Coordinater
Torin coordinates appointments with clients, supports them throughout their time in the store and ensures that each client experiences the same level of personal service that Elliot Bay Cycles has become recognized for. By being enthusiastic and attentive to details, Torin builds strong relationships within Seattle's cycling community.
