We build the Davidson frames here on our premises. Today, Elliott Bay Bicycles continues to offer frame repair and restoration services, especially for steel and titanium bikes. From replacing water bottle bosses to premium jobs like completely replacing the front triangle, countless customers have engaged Elliott Bay Bicycles to renew their trusted machines. Besides structural repair, we also offer premium painting services for restoring bicycle finishes, vintage or modern.

Steel Frame Repairs

• Align bare frame – $50

• Insert top tube internals – $100
• Braze-on Cantilever 700/26 – $80
• Braze-on Cantilever other – $80
• Simple single braze-on – $30
• Simple double braze-on – $40
• Non-Standard double braze-on – $60
• S & S conversion – $225 plus couplings
• Replace top or down tube – $180 (min.)
• Replace seat tube – $450
• Replace dropout – $150 (min.)

Titanium Repairs

Some repairs are possible. Adding fittings like disc brake tabs and rack mounts is not possible due to the need to clean the inside of the tube.

We do some small jobs on carbon frames.
